Fogged in in St. Louis

It was VERY foggy last night and this morning. Looking out my window on the 16th floor, I felt like I was walking on a cloud. At times, I couldn't make out the arch which is 2 blocks away.

We ate dinner last night in a little Italian place, which was pretty good, but no better than Cascones or Garozzos in Kansas City.

The question came up about "local foods". New York is known for cheesecake. Kansas City is known for steaks and BBQ. Does anyone know what St. Louis is known for? If you do, please let me know! I'd like to try the "local specialty". So far, none of the people HERE seem to know!
