Well, how about THIS? Looks like we're going to have a cool weekend for a change! I don't know about you, but I'm sure glad to see a break in the heatwave, especially since my a/c repairman won't get to me until this afternoon!

Music In the Park at the Blue Springs Rotary Park - 5pm Sunday

143rd Annual Platte County Fair - Platte - The fair has been an annual event in our community since the first fair in 1863. It is recorded as being the oldest continuously operating fair west of the Mississippi River. The fair draws participants and spectators from a 100-mile radius, and in some cases even further.
