Kansas City Garden Railway Society

I've always had this thing about trains. I rarely stop by Crown Center without a quick peek into the model railroad shop. One of my favorite toys, when I was about 8 or 9, was my Lionel tran set. I wish I had it now, it would be worth a forthune!

So I was really tickled to find out that there's a garden railroad society here in Kansas City. I'm sorry I didn't hear in time to check out their garden tour, which took place earlier this month. But I'll remember it next year, for sure. In the meantime, check out their website. It's a hoot, or should that be TOOT! All aboard!
