OUCH

Well, Monday didn't start off with a smile.

I got tailended on the way into downtown on I70. Thank God, it was a minor collision and no one was hurt. We exchanged pertinent information and got off the road as quickly as possible. Let me tell you, standing in the middle of I70 at rush hour is NOT the most calming way to start your day. I have a new found admiration for those people who have to put themselves into such situations for a living.

Now comes the trudging to the police station to file reports, the repair estimates, etc., etc. Joy, joy!

As I say, thank God, no one was injured, only 2 of us were actually involved. A few others got their adrenalin jolt, for sure, but managed not to hit or be hit. I think I'd rather stick to my coffee for my morning wakeup!
